For the first six years of my business, I was stuck. Despite my efforts, I couldn't surpass $35k in revenue. I was running my business more like a hobby, lacking consistency and accountability. I didn't take charge of my finances, avoiding my bank account and revenue figures. I even stopped myself from celebrating any progress, feeling like I should be further ahead.

To make matters worse, I was given advice to limit my revenue to avoid tax obligations, which contradicted my desire for growth. It was clear that I needed to change my approach and step into the role of a CEO.

I realized that I couldn't continue with my in-and-out energy and neglecting my finances. I made a commitment to manage my money like a true CEO. By creating non-negotiable habits in my schedule and taking responsibility for my business, I was able to transform it into a thriving operation.

The reality hit me: as my team grew, so did my financial responsibilities. I needed to learn how to manage my money effectively, not just for myself but for everyone on my team. With this newfound understanding, I was able to build not one, but two multi-six-figure businesses.
